I have no idea what kind of business they are running there. They had my glasses for weeks because I needed the arms replaced. When I got them back they only replaced one arm, with a ugly used one that didn't match, and they had stolen the nubs that rest on my nose. They told me the nubs had never existed... do they think I'm stupid? The only reason I didn't make a scene is because they didn't charge me anything. .... ww weirdest experience ever
Lack of professionalism, very unreliable service. The communication between different locations leaves much to be desired. We had chosen a frame at one location, asked them to send it to another. Several weeks later somebody called & said that they lost the frame & asked us to come to choose another one. After we've chosen another frame, they took the order, & called us 3 weeks later and said "We want to clarify what you want." It took them 3 weeks to realize that they need a clarification!
