Car broke down and needed a new engine, they offered to replace it with something with more kms than the one I had...I Wasnt even offered a rental car while waiting for the repair, I had to ask and was turned down, as they were all out, (everyday I called) for me and my kids to be able to get around, even though I was a previous and loyal customer paying customer. I will be using another shop for any of my future car related matters.
