Absolute horrendous customer service. Woman on the phone talked to me like I was 10 years old.
Terrible customer service. Rude women who must hate her life and takes it out on UPS customers. Avoid at all costs!
Horrible person on the phone. Answered my call and she did not make me finish my sentence and told me YOU NEED TO HOLD. She keeps interrupting me while i was telling her what the issue was. No help at all!
Package was scanned in to town 6 days ago. I have been given 4 days of END OF DAY commitment from them by email. Still has not arrived and is now listed in transit without END OF DAY promise. I call the 18007425877 and it only comes up busy, no hold, no message. Emailed and they tell me it could take 7 days to answer my email. WHAT A DISASTER!!!!
Worst possible local service and aggressive, surly drivers. I have made formal complaints in the past. And, they can t seem to read labels.

Not happy at all :( We are seniors. No mention that help was needed because the item was too heavy! 3 attempts to deliver. Seriously... I put my Unit clearly on the label. They said there was no apt. Then they wanted a buzz #. Written right in the lobby. Obviously didnt get out of the truck. And then, couldnt lift it by themselves. A baby change table. They suggested we come and get it. Ok...
Waited all day for a package that was to be delivered today. After they close the delivery comes up for tomorrow. What a pile of bs.. ruined my whole day waiting on them. My time is valuable to me. Now I have to wait tomorrow I instead of doing what I was being counted on to do.
Worst courier service ever. I was suppose to receive my package three days ago but since I am at the end of the delivery route, my parcel has been delayed for the past three days and will be delayed for at least another three days because of the weekend. Terrible service.
Driver error has forced my delivery to be late on multiple attempts - was lied to by UPS when told item was reshipped - now have to pick it up - don't know why I even paid for shipping in the first place.
Awesome customer service, needed their help twice with parcels sent to a wrong address, every time were intercepted in time and I got my stuff. Very helping staff, friendly, polite, professional. Two thumbs up!
