We were there last week for a birthday celebration. I ordered the fajitas, which I have done on other visits, and was very disappointed. No sizzle, no presentation, the skillet was only covered on one side, as they add the side bowls to the skillet to make it look full, nothing like as advertised. There was enough food, but the next time I want fajitas there are better options elsewhere.
We went to Lonestar tonight for my sons 4th birthday. I have to say the service was exceptional, the waitstaff could not have been more accommodating. THANK YOU!! The food was good for this type of establishment.
Good food. The "Mexican" part of the menu is not overly authentic and lacks flavor. Portions are large and overall, the quality is fair. What is not very good, is the fact that you are routinely ignored at the door, while a bunch of sixteen year old girls trip over themselves figuring out what to do. The waiting area is just not functional as 20-30 people wait to be seated, when the place is busy. Servers are friendly and the kitchen is fast.
