I feel the staff are friendly, kind and personable. Our three teen daughters just loved getting their hair cut done at Zaps hair studio! All three had fun and felt a big part of the haircut process as the dresser included input from how our daughters liked their hair to feel as it would appear and so forth before cutting anywhere on their heads! The most comfortable salon I have been around my entire life! Two of our daughters had ear piercings administered last year without a hitch! Super job!
Rude staff name jeri. She belittled me and made minimized the problem with my hair because she’s an “expert”. I look like a clown because of her lack of communication about my hair. I will never return because of how I was treated when I had a problem with my hair! The owner did offer free services however I declined.
