We were SCAMED by another company, "Marsek lines". We then were struggling to find another moving company. My dad was stressed and he cried. We called he came and we loaded all of our stuff. Although we have t received our stuff (takes 2 months, will arrive in August) I could truly trust them. Thank you so much, I wish everyone the best. Also their prices were super cheap.
Worst moving experience I've ever had. Tney contract to Green Movers and Storage. They left the brand new carpets in my home filthy, smashed two boxes of china, chipped paint off a stool and marked the freshly painted walls. Although Capital told me these were claimable damages. Green Movers considers them "small" issues that routinely happen and refuse to cover even the cleaning of my carpets. Stay away.
If you can give negative I would. Used this company for a recent moved quoted me one number was triple that number said that I would not be charged for the actual driver time of locations but I was unacceptable business very unprofessional when speaking to main office awful
I recently moved with capital moving from Vancouver, BC to London, ON and I must say it was a great experience overall. I was very nervous to put my personal belongings into the hands of others, they were my most valuable possessions. Regardless of me being nervous and scared I realized after my delivery there was really nothing to be worried about. The service was great both at pick-up in Vancouver and delivery in London. The guys were very professional and took great care of my stuff. The people in the office explained to me the process of moving and how long it takes. When my stuff arrived they called me and let me know, I had to keep my stuff in storage for a couple of weeks until getting the keys to my new place, when i did get them I called the office to set up a delivery date and they set me up the next day. I was honestly shocked of how understanding and great the company is. They're rates are great too compared to other quotes I got that were asking for thousands of dollars with hidden fees. They helped me out a lot and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I just moved with Capital Moving from Toronto to Calgary and had a very good experience with them. The quote was emailed to me and the final price was very close. The guys arrived on the day of the move on time and everything left when it was supposed to. Finally they called me to say that the goods have arrived and i accepted delivery the next day. Everything went well, the movers were great on both sides, the office at both ends was just great and the rep that booked my move was always there to answer my questions (we interacted via email most of the time), so it was great.
I would recommend them to my family and friends any time.
