WORST COMPANY EVER! Even though we have called and asked several times to please put the bill in mailbox they continue to hide it in obscure places around the house. The last one I found was tucked into the siding of our house in a location of the house we wouldn’t regularly see! We’ve had several bills never even shown up, I can only assume they’ve blown away or maybe I haven’t found them yet. We were gone away for a month, turned the thermostat down to 16C & they supposedly filled us3x = $700

Lesson learned, a good friend not seasoned to living in the Country or familiar with the rules of ordering fuel, finds herself in a desperate situation that only worsened. She called Friday morning and was advised that it would be at least a week before fuel would be delivered. She tried to consume what fuel she had only to end up with frozen pipes and no water. Follow up calls were met with no change to delivery unless she paid $150 emergency delivery. Sadly, still waiting for fuel.

Been a customer for over 10 years. A rarity in this area--they do good work ON TIME. PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL.
