Spent the whole evening with many friends, total bill was close to $800.00 and the owners daughter decided to ask me to leave because my clothing did not meet her standards for society, she proceeded to cause a huge seen in the bar and trash the kitchen and then called the police on us, so needless to say I guess $800-1000 weekly isn't good enough so we will choose another local restaurant/bar to go to
I ordered a poutine for take out. I was excited to have a treat for lunch. I took a bite and felt crunchy things on my teeth, it felt like sand or dirt. I was not sure what was going on.... I rinsed out my mouth with water and tried another piece far from the 1st bite.. again, there was a gritty sand like feeling in my mouth. I am not sure if it was part of the potatoes, the oil the fries were cooked in or the gravy but it was disturbing to say the least.
Great Pub joint to sit down and hang out with friends and have a few beers. The selection is AMAZING! There's no way you wouldn't able to find at least one thing you're interested in. I always have a hard time picking from two or three items. All the sandwiches I've ever had there have been awesome. My fiancee usually orders either pastas, nachos or fajitas and has never been dissatisfied with his meals either. Staff is always prompt and polite, lovely to deal with.
My favorite lately has been the Prime Rib Sandwich with cheese. Great food!
