Last couple visits...(2 month span) burgers have gone from “hot and juicy” to lukewarm and soggy...both times at approximately 5pm so off-peak excuses can’t apply. Also Baked potato lukewarm and undercooked. How is that possible... It’s a baked potato!! Possibly due to the pre-preparation for the “skip the dishes” rush :( :( ? ...won’t be back until I can dine in.
