This's my second time here, great atmosphere clean and very quality work. I consider myself very picky about how my nails done. I got gel nails fill and waxing done here and very happy with the results. I will definitely recommend this place.
Went in for a 1/2 leg wax and pedicure. The wax went well - it was the pedicure that was a fail. When exfoliating my feet she went over a bunion and made several small cuts on my skin. I was bleeding enough to stop the pedicure and aid the cuts which needed bandaids. From that point she completely skipped exfoliating my feet (she had only started when she cut me), rinsed my feet and slathered on cream. Missed out on half of a pedicure and they still charged me full price. Not impressed!
Amazing service. I really dont understand why the rest of the reviews are so bad. I have had every girl there work on my nails wether its shellac manicure or pedicure and not once have i left unhappy. They do an amazing job and they are super nice and sweet. They are professional and theh take their time no matter what client they have. I am always ver satisfied and highly recommend this place to my friends all the time. They also really love this salon as well.
Please stay away... big mistake to go there today. They make fun of their clients in their language... rude terrible job on my nails ... worst experience and yet I went in because it was busy... waisting your money and after I told them about the terrible job a client that exited after told me they were all making fun of me !! I was a beautiful day and I tried a new place but I will never do that again... check your reviews....
It is the worst nail salon in the Bloor West Village If you are a new customer and you have your first visit, Kane (the owner). does the nice manicure for you to lure you in. But, that is it. Next time, she will not have a time for you. She would send you to one of the girls there saying, "i am the boss; I do not do nails; I have girls working for me". Bad attitude! But, girls do not do how to do the Shellac French manicure. Pericure is horrible. Short cuts. Avoid this salon!
