The Grow Op offers vegetarians a quick meal for an amazing price. The vegetarian menu includes a Rueben Sandwich with house marinated chickpea temph, Reuben spread, topped with avocado, spinach, white wine sauerkraut, shredded carrot and cucumber on vegan focaccia bread. You can also grab an Acai Bowl that comes in the classic flavour or peanut butter – made with organic peanut butter and coconut whip. There’s also a selection of vegetarian desserts and smoothies.

- Zucchini Noodle Salad (vegan bean ball, raw zucchini noodles, roasted almond slivers, green onion, sesame seeds, cilantro, baby spinach, with almond butter dressing)
The Grow Op is known for their açai bowls, colourfully layered in a cup. They have a classic açai bowl and a peanut butter-flavoured option, made with organic peanut butter and coconut whip. Their bowls are made with fresh-pressed hemp milk. They also have summer special flavours like the Summer Mango Sunshine.
