I called last week as our home we are renting in Uxbridge were having brown hot water and said they needed a new tank. Before we invested we wanted someone to look at it and the owner said it could just need flushing. Name and phone number was provided and address. He was to call us back. I have called multiple times and never get an answer and left 2 additional messages that never got returned. The renters now say he never contacted them and it has been almost a week.
Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.
This past Saturday, the 3rd of February, I came home to find my furnace not working. I contacted ENERCARE, who I pay monthly in good faith, to service my AC and furnace. They could not come before the 4th of February between 9 and 11 pm....27 hours after I called them. I called UXBRIDGE HEATING & COOLING and shortly Glenn was at my door to service my furnace. Thank you for your prompt, efficient and professional service.
Had a guy over to clean the furnace he pointed out the gas venting manifold was leaking in two places. He suggested a new manifold (about $1000.) or a new furnace as our Lennox Pulse 21 gas furnace is about 24 years old(about $5000+). I declined and called Glenn, explained the problem and he told me how to correct the problem over the phone. I fixed it,cost $0.00 ! Thanks Glenn
I called Uxbridge Heating & Cooling Aug. 13th around 2 pm when I realized by air-conditioner was not working. By 3 pm Glen was here and working on air. He had it fixed in approx. 1/2 an hour. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and definitely use them again. Thank you!
