A&W

A couple years ago this was my favorite A&W. Unfortunately a new management ruined the business. Today’s visit is going to be my last one. When you take out the meals for whole family and at the table at home you found one missing meal, eat cold burger and get more upset after reporting to Manager... No, I do not need this.

Worse location Ive been too. Service is very very slow, nobody speaks english, so hard to order & your meal is usually always wrong from what you ordered. Even though I live 2 mins away from it Ill never to to this one again...absolutely terrible.

Whenever I go now...

Whenever I go now, it is strictly for the convenience (my daughter works in the same plaza)as I never go out of my way anymore to buy a meal from this place. The breakfast is way too greasy and the grease stain on the passenger seat (been degreased by Ford)can attest to that. They should not package their breakfast sandwiches standing up as the grease just pools in the bottom of the individual breakfast sandwiches and leaks through the main bag. Service is not the best in drive-thru as well. Sad
