I'll never purchase anything from Onward Manufacturin again and warn anyone, if you want undependable, deplorable and incompetent service then by all means deal with them. Come on...Three attempts in one week to send a envelope?? Sorry no excuses for that. Oh yes,18 minutes on hold and 61 minutes ($30) airtime with all my calls to them and no follow call(s) after the last attempt of sending the package which ended up 6 days late. Sad and ashamed this is a Canadian company… disgusted in B.C.
