Baker Lanoue Denture Clinic

Not happy with this place at all. My uppers are beautiful but have never fit and they tried to fit them twice right when I first got them and they told me that I now have to pay to have them fit properly and then I need partials on the bottom with 4 teeth and they want 3x more than the full set. They are all about the money. I would have left the rotten chipped teeth in had I known they'd do me dirty like that. I'm so depressed without proper teeth now. I will be going to a different place 100%

My denturist explained in detail what to expect since this is my first time with dentures, after one adjustment fit is great. I would recommend.

my first review has disappeared. I'm not surprised as it wasn't favourable. Just as I suspected with the poor quality of the dentures made for me, the upper which I was not happy with as it was SO thin, has now cracked in that area. I have had the dentures only 2 years on November 28th to be exact.They cracked a month ago. I have never dealt with more unprofessionalism in a company in my life. The teeth of my full upper denture are poorly positioned for my jaw, lower teeth and normal bite. No front occlusion; I now have a useless overbite; unable to cut/break many foods. The initial curved inward over the whole upper edge, thus tore my gums with the first insertion and removal. Both upper and lower were done at the same time the gum are two different colours. His personal conduct and presentation was inappropriate and unprofessional. Problems presented clearly he refuses to rectify.
