Price gouging......sports equipment is WAY over priced...will not shop at ctc#199....or any location again....advatage takers....shame!
After spending almost $100, I was shocked to hear an employee call security and accuse me of stealing. That's both harassment and discrimination, and complaints have been filed with the better business bureau and complaint was also made to the human rights commission. The service and treatment of customers is a disgrace.
We bought a cart that had to be assembled demo the east Windsor Canadian Tire store and we discovered that two of the parts were defective. We were delighted to learn that all we had to do was to bring the parts back to the store and they would replace them from another box. The service was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we received at this store.
I attempted to return used oil, and get a core charge back for a battery that I bought at the store. An unpleasant service adviser/manager told me that without the receipt, they would not provide the core charge on the Canadian Tire branded battery. He also would not take back the used oil, and denied that recycling charge is taken on oil that they sell. Regardless of the accuracy of his recycling charge, refusal to refund the core on THEIR battery, and his flippant response earns this rating.

bad customer service, bought a bicycle last night for my kid, when came home realize there is no break, came to store today, I am told it is not returnable, it is written in receipt, but once you paid, it is not returnable or for exchange, how could people get the receipt without paying? bad service, bad,
I would rate the Tecumseh location 0. worst customer service, worst set of representatives, worst managers. do not respect their customer or their time. We were promised that our outdoor couch would be delivered however when the couch arrived from their other location they did not deliver it. and we had to pay for another pickup truck. I am really disappointed. they lost me as their customer. I will never be shopping with them again. I don't know how do they run a business like this ???

Managers have terrible attitudes and are very miserable people. Which reflects to the employees, notice how lots of them don't want to help you either. Just like their superiors. Great leadership skills managers! Thanks!
