I would give them 0 star if that were a possibility. So-called Occupation Therapist was lacking in knowledge about her own cognitive tests. She said she failed these super complicated cognitive tests herself when she first joined the center. I am a professor of undergrad students myself at a Canadian Institution and I know something about administering tests. She didnt give any guidelines or timelines when administering these tests. Later she said the patient went over time. What time??
