If possible stay away from this store. They can not be trusted. I went to pick up my package from UPS. First she took my ID and instead of her to check my name and give me back my ID, she took it all the way inside where I don’t know what was going on. I told the other lady at the counter that can you call her to come out with my ID? She said to me she needed the ID to look for the package meanwhile I already gave her the notice left for me which clearly states my name. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!
When I went to pick up my package that was there the lady at the counter would not release it even tho I have 2 pieces of ID with my name on it and one of them was a photo ID
My experience with Eze Cash and Pawn was not at all good. The lady at the counter did not seem to want to listen to my concerns regarding an issue I had with some stolen property of mine and essentially brushed us off. As well, many of the items they sell are listed at retail pricing (if not more in many cases). I would not recommend Eze Cash and Pawn.
