Churchill's is very busy alot of the time, and because of it, being seated, and sometimes getting your food takes longer than what most people would appreciate.
The reason for this, however, is that the food is great, and the spot is charming. It's a tiny and hecticly busy spot. I'd recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a crowd, and a bit of a wait.
Churchill has some of the best food in town. My only problem with this resturaunt is that they a) never have enough staff on when it is busy b) severs have messed up my order several times.
Usually I dont mind when people mess up my order, I believe that its normal and isn't a big deal. What I can't stand is when people screw up your order and then TELL YOU THAT YOU ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE!! The sever literally told a person at my table that they hadn't ordered the full sized korma, they had order the lunch sized korma when all of the people at my table were saying "i clearly remember him ordering a full sized korma"...
Go there, don't expect excellent service. You might get good service, but never excellent. Go for the food, which is delicious.

We eat at the Churchill Arms on a regular basis - their Brittish curries are wonderful and fish and chips are excellent. You do need time because all the food is prepared fresh - this is stated right on the menu. Staff are a great bunch - most have been there for years. It is one of our favorite spots in Charlottetown.
