been going to Sams for a long time now and I love it. have never had a bad meal . the servers are warm and friendly as they should be. it is a family rest.
The food is mostly great! The price is fair. I know the waitresses and find them all fine. Some are a bit rough around the edges ie; they don’t set the cutlery in the correct form, they serve food across people rather than going by the person. Overall I don’t have a problem with the staff. The decor is in need of a facelift! They replaced the floor which made a wonderful difference, however, the cloth covered chairs need to be gone, they are extremely filthy!
Terrible service. Waitresses were rude and you could obviously see them complaining about our group of 9 (while looking at us). Will never eat here again
