    Called for an appointment for my partners car. Avalability was mid may but she said you can leave the car and it might be done sooner. This is something they did all the time before. You agree saying you can leave the car. Receptionst probably tough they squeezed before so she cancelled my appointnent for May 18 because my own car got fixed (April 18th).They should have kept the slot I had for my boyfriends car. I left the car and 3 weeks later the car never got fixed and they want to bump down
