I cannot even rate this store a 1 star. Absolutely dismal service. Sat in the drive through for nearly 10 minutes without acknowledgement. Could see 2 cars parked outside, with one couple already sitting eating. Waited another few moments, and decided to go inside. The employee was only beginning to help the lady at the counter. After awhile she finally acknowledged us and looked like she was going to begin to serve us. Where instead of apologizing for us waiting at the drive through, and begin serving us, she began to slowly tidy and walk back and fourth..... after completing this task finally asked us what we would like. Placed the order and moved down the counter. As she prepared her cold was very apparent, mouth breathing all over the 3 subs she just layer down and she leaned and moved to grab condiments and etc... *gross* as she turns to tend to the ovens, flies buzzing around the room, two of which landed on our subs and walked around...even more disgusting. .flying from sub to sub to condiments and back again. Finally she comes back to serving us and as well watches the flies scamper across our food and completely ignores the fact. As she finished preparing the smaller sub, finally swats the fly away. Service was absolutely awful and the cleanliness of the store not even meeting requirements. Owner/ manager need to attend to this store. Will never go back!
