SE safe touch bodywork is a trauma-informed therapeutic approach that uses gentle, intentional touch to help process and release stored tension, stress, or trauma in the body. Rooted in the understanding that trauma often manifests physically, SE focuses on supporting a client’s nervous system to restore regulation in the promotion of healing.

Through carefully guided touch and awareness techniques, clients can access and release stress, emotional blockages, and trauma, helping restore a sense of safety, balance, and well-being. Somatic touch is a gentle approach to help you reconnect to your physiology (muscles, bones and fascia) which can increase a greater sense of embodied awareness from within through the autonomic nervous system. The intention is to enhance regulation in your nervous system to develop an embodied felt sense of safety. This method is designed to be non-invasive, respectful of boundaries, and client centered, creating a safe space for healing to unfold. Clients remain fully clothed for this treatment, the treatment can be done in a chair or lying on a massage table.

This energy helps clear emotional and physical blockages within the body. Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation.

Hello! I am Amber, a Registered Massage Therapist since 2017, providing professional and heart-centered treatments that assist others in coming back into a place of balance.

My interest in healing modalities started back in 2012, when I became fascinated by the body’s innate ability to heal. I started reading everything I could relating to the connection our bodies have with thoughts, emotions, the environment, and nutrition. Out of curiosity, I wound up taking a Reiki Level 1 certification class, which ignited my passion and interest in healing even more, and eventually led me onto my path towards massage therapy.

I graduated from the Advanced 2200-Hour Diploma program at the Alberta Institute of Massage, and immediately began building my practice in Jasper, Alberta, where I was fortunate to meet amazing clients from all over the world. In 2018, I also became certified in the Myofascial Cupping Technique, taught by Dave Sheehan, and this has been one of my favourite modalities that I have learned to date. I often will incorporate the cups into my therapeutic treatments, as I find they can provide such amazing results.

My clientele is broad, and I have treated people from all diverse backgrounds and ages. From clients as young as three years old, to those well into their nineties, athletes, pre and post natal clients, and those suffering with chronic pain conditions. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories. I am a nomad-at-heart, so I am particularly fond of hearing people’s adventure stories! If chatting during treatment is not your style, I will gladly hold space for you to come relax and rebalance, in a safe, quiet place.

I am fully certified to provide myofascial release, relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports massage, pre-and post-natal, as well as myofascial cupping. Along with my massage therapy diploma, I am also certified in foot reflexology and have completed my Reiki Master Practitioner training.

I feel incredibly honored having people trust me as part of their healing and wellness journey, and I so look forward to meeting you and becoming a part of yours!

I have always been on the outskirts of convention. Growing up I wanted pure, chemical free products, my clothing style has never conformed to any particular trend, and my taste in food has always been inspired by the exotic. The first time I heard of a natural doctor I was in. No convincing needed. There had to be something more than the frustration found in the dismissive western conventional medicine we have all come to accept today. As a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine I remember the first time an instructor showed us how -with only a couple needles- he was able to instantly rid my colleague of her headache, right there in the classroom- no drugs needed. It was at that moment that I knew I was on to something.

From there my passion has only grown - exponentially. Seeing results on a regular basis, the look of amazement on my patients’ faces as their pain, anxiety, stress, and whatever else we are working on fade away is incredibly rewarding - unbeatable really. Now, I am helping women deal with the labyrinth of chronic and poorly understood ailments we all undergo on a daily basis. From painful (or absent) periods, the insomnia and night sweats of peri menopause, or the mystery of infertility, my door is open to you. I can’t wait to join you on your journey to an inspired, healthy life.

I continued my studies in Dien Chan Facial Reflexology, Thai Reflexology, Auriculotherapy, Ear Seeds, Plantar Fasciitis treatment, as well as Foot Reading with celebrity foot reader Jane Sheehan. I am also currently dabbling into animal reflexology.

I am passionate about being able to provide personalized treatments with a calm and gentle touch while helping my clients achieve their wellness goals. Hello, my name is Ghislain Pare and I am osteopath and a kinesiologist. Allow me to tell you a little bit about my background. My first accreditation was as a Kinesiologist (KIN) and a Physical Education Teacher (B.Sc.) witch I obtained from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Quebec. I gained rehabilitation experience while creating customized training programs for patients at Physimed Clinic in Montreal and for the Cirque du Soleil’s athletes. While training them individually and helping them recover from injuries, this first experience became a stepping stone into the healthcare field, a field that I was becoming more interested in.

Soon, I wanted to do more and find the source of the patients’ problems. This gradually led me to become interested in osteopathy. After discovering this field, I decided that osteopathy was my calling. I have since obtained my Doctorate’s Degree in Osteopathy from the CPMDQ.

After I graduated, more then 15 years ago, I opened my own practice and I have been able to help thousand of patients. My experience combines precise techniques with a compassionate approach. Today, being part of a new team and experience, I look forward to assisting in the rehabilitation of those with pain so that they may lead a more fulfilling and healthy life. I will also provide advice on the benefits of exercise and self-care.  Health and nature are important for me, and this is why outside the office, you can find me swimming, playing soccer and hockey with my kids, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.

It will be a pleasure for me to put my experience at your service, relieve your pain and help you achieve a better quality of life.
