BOSK probably has the best Champagne selection in the city, it’s so good the venue has an entire champagne wall! Located in the Shangri-La Hotel, the wall is referred to as the “C” Wall and stands in the lobby of the hotel. The collection of champagne is vast and award-winning. BOSK also has an accompanying menu that includes items like pate de champagne, cheeses and caviar.
Cocktail bar Alexander D.W. offers a smaller selection of champagne, but the bottles are nothing but top notch. The selection includes a Dom Perignon Brut Vintage, as well as a Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rose Brut. The speakeasy bar offers bottle service as well as elevated bar snacks, including Lobster Mac.
Grey Gardens is known for its massive selection of local and international wines, which includes four bottles of some of the best Champagne in the world. The Champagne collection includes Duval-Leroy Rose Presige, Dhondt-Grellet Blanc de Blancs and Agrapart Mineral Black de Blans. Grey Gardens also has quite the selection of sparkling wine.
The One Eighty’s selection of sparkling wine is short and sweet. While the wines may not come from Champagne, France, they’re just as good.
