I hosted my birthday party this past April at Casa Manila (group of 30!) I was esctastic to discover that they hosted a Sunday brunch buffet with their top menu selections. Mila was my contact and she was AMAZING. Food was absolutely delicious! I had several guests with a diverse array of dietary restrictions (including vegetarian and no pork). Katsura is tucked away in a separate, but connected, building right beside the main building of the Prince Hotel. The food here is very good but only slightly better than the cheaper places in the area. The teppanyaki tables are good. The sushi is fresh. She catered from Kimling for her son's first birthday party and I was instantly addicted to Kimling's food when I had it at the party. I went last friday with a group of 8 to satisfy my cravings. My friend told me to look for Suzie who is the owner. She is such a friendly lady and made us feel welcomed. She also suggested all the dishes we ordered. They were all delicious. My kids made me order the appetizer called Pepper Chicken thrice because they really enjoyed it! I even ordered the Pepper Chicken, Hakka Noodles and Hot Garlic Chicken to go because they were so good. There was an amazing aroma when we stepped in and all the patrons were asians ( always a good sign in an asian restaurant!).
