Stéphane est très professionnel et courtois. Il m'a appelé avant de passer. Même s'il n'a pu réparer ma laveuse, il a été de bon conseil et a pu me vendre de nouveaux tuyaux pour ma future laveuse. Par la suite, la valve d'un des robinets coulait et il accepté de revenir tenter d'arranger ça. Il m'a même rappelé 1h plus tard pour savoir si ça coulait encore (mon proprio a aussi travaillé sur le problème). C'est certain que je le rappelle si j'ai d'autres réparations à faire faire!
