After graduating from SAIT Polytechnic at the top of her class, Natasha Schick went through the process of honing her professional baking skills at hotels, resorts and restaurants in the Calgary area. She earned her Red Seal in Baking and Pastry Arts and opened boutique cake company Cakes With Attitude.
“It was all set up in 2006, but we started full time in 2008,” Natasha says. “While I love baking and pastry making, it can be repetitive. With boutique cake-making, every cake is a different challenge. I get to put my unique skills and flair into the cake and make something truly personalized.”
Natasha and her cooking cohorts can make any kind of cake for any kind of occasion and take a professional approach to producing each and every cake.
