You cannot count on the quality of the Slow cooked Pot Roast. I have seen the quality deteriorate over the past 5 times I have purchased it. It has still been passable ... just not recommended up to this point in time. I unfortunately chose this meal for entertaining 3 dinner guests and found that 1/4 of the roast was inedible fat. Had to react quickly to fill my guests with appetizers as there was not enough remaining to serve a full portion to each of them.
