Loomis Express

They came and would not even come in and check for my name to ring my buzzer and I was at home. They said I was supposed to provide a buzzer number but I was not told that. Worst service ever, never had this issue with Canada Post. Now I am going to miss my dekiveries next week as I work during the day! So frustrtaed will never get anything delivered from them again!!

The Worst service. They lie about making delivery attempts. I was home all day and nobody ever came but they say they did. Called customer service but they hung up without trying to resolve the issue. AVOID AT ALL COST

Outdated and technologically inept. Amazon ships to post offices Loomis returns packages back instead of delivering to physical post office locations. Don't tell you, don't advertise, just do.

I had a package s...

I had a package shipped to me from China via DHL Express. It was first scanned August 29th departing China, then reached Calgary via Ohio by August 31st. Supposedly Loomis made a delivery attempt on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th and marked it as recipient not home. Not only was there was no attempted delivery slip left, I didn't receive a single buzzer call from the main door to our apartment building from Loomis requesting access...I know this because our buzzer connects directly to my cell.
