Post Office

Staff are incredibly rude and miserable to customers. So I called them to ask if they had my delivery (as the tracking number said it had been delivered) and she told me to call back in ten minutes. I did call back, 5 times and she hung up on me several times. We hadn’t had an argument previously? I called from my work cell and she picked up right away to make me wait on her version of “hold” for another 10min. After determining they did not have my package, she hung up on me without a bye.

This postal station, use to be good. Since the new folks are in, I have never seen such confusion. Have to repeat, names, numbers it is like the blind leading blind. They need someone new over there who can run the show.

The staff at this Post Office are always friendly and very helpful. Know exactly what they are doing and do it well. Good advice and problem resolution. They give Canada Post a good name.

I have been dealing with " Romey", the girl in charge (or should be) for over a year now. She is by FAR the most efficient and calm & collected person I've ever met in a Canada Post outlet! .. 15 yrs of moving around myself. She has a million ready answers and tips on how to do things the best way for all. She is ultra polite and when the line is out the door, is NEVER flustered. I've watched her and she's' helped me many times. I think this girl deserves promotion/ raise or anything possible!
