been 5 months waiting for rain guards… & still waiting

These guys earned my business now and in the future. A company didn't honor their warranty on something I had purchased, and after a hell of a lot of back and forth by Chris, the manufacturer refusing to act, he and Mario chose to help me out through Cap-it. It was a situation that they could have blamed the company and slid out of it, but they didn't. Can't thank Chris and Mario enough!

The staff there did great . I bought a set of rims and tires and Mario took his time and explained everything . They had everything in stock and in 2 days my truck was in getting everything installed . From start to finish the staff did great .

warning people i was promised that it will be done as i say but in the end they delivered completely different service and when i asked them to fix it they told me to pay money to do that. zero service POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR Service

Bought a Cap for my truck and was faced with VERY RUDE and difficult staff. Was not allowed to view the installation of my new cap as it seems that the shop performs magic! The shop was filthy and it appears that this is simply a very scabby shop. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.
