This place has kitchen gadgets I’d never heard of before (a dough docker?) to those I never knew how much I needed (a whip cream dispenser). There’s everything from tortilla makers to crème brulee torches to Spaetzle makers. For cookware, there’s plenty of stainless steel beauties, including Le Creuset and Demeyere, and ceramics, such as Emile Henry. It’s an awesome place to stock up on escargot dishes, butter crocks and cotton candy machines.
This kitchen appliance store holds cooking classes on everything from making bread to cakes, cookies and muffins. They also hold classes on how to use all of the attachments on your Bosch (free if you’ve recently bought your Bosch appliance there). Other great sessions include one pot meals and easy Thanksgiving meals.
Premium Electric Food Slicer from Barb’s Kitchen Centre – When you’re chopping veggies for 50 guests or making stuffing for your entire extended family, you could spend days in the kitchen prepping your celery or you could get an automatic electric slicer. You can change the thickness setting – it ranges from “deli-thin” to three-quarters of an inch – and the stainless steel blade will make short work of your carrots. The 100-watt motor will get the job done and leave your fingers intact.
