I purchased a living social coupon and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful service I got. The place itself is clean and atmosphere is very spa-like and relaxing. The staff are from medical backgrounds and knew what they were doing. The machine they use is practically painless and the results are great! I would recommend anyone who actually cares about their skin and good results to go here because they are good.
I was introduced to this service via Groupon. At first seemed great. They were quick to book you for future visits and you had to prepay. The lady mentioned I should make sure minor skin spots were OK with my doctor. Found out I better treat them before continuing more laser treatments. Called back 4 days later after visiting the doctor and tried to get a refund for the future visit until treatment was done. NO REFUNDS, ALL AND EVERY EXCUSE, CANT AND WONT REFUND.
