Not professional movers - brawn not brains
The movers showed on time and with the troops but they did not have the equipment one would expect of movers. The owner was interested in speed, not precision and could not be bothered with items that took some thought or effort. There were no dollies to move appliances; no blankets to protect furniture, and no rugs or runners to protect floors. The owner had come the day before to preview the move and knew what needed to be moved but was not prepared for the move. Damage to the floors resulted. The owner is young and though well intentioned, not able to supply what he promises.
