New Image Cosmetic Medical Centre & Spa

I paid a couple thousand dollars to have Coolsculpting to my tummy done at this clinic a couple years ago. It didn't work. I went back and they offered to do the treatment again at no charge. Again, it didn't work. Fast forward a couple years later and I am so depressed and insecure about my mid area because in my opinion, I'm much bigger than before I had the procedure done. If you're thinking about Coolsculpting...DON'T DO IT!!!

Very disappointed with booking appointment service at this clinic. Not organized at all! I booked my massage appointment with Corine 3 weeks earlier; planned my day, took day off; however she WASN'T SHOW UP as it was booked improperly in their system. Ok, we all can have some technical issues. BUT! If it was booked wrong WHY YOU CALLED ME 2 days before the appointment TO REMIND and CONFIRM it?! I was going to use many things there.. But now decided NEVER back to this clinic again.

I can not say enought wonderful things about New Imaage. Their professional staff and amazing customer service are second to none. I LOVED the products that were recommended to me and the facial was amazing!
