Certified Radio

I stopped in December 30th to ask if someone could help me figure out my stackable CD Player as I just purchased it recently. I must say that Cory was SO helpful that day!! I also must mention that he had such a positive attitude and seemed genuinely happy that he was able to make my day. Thank you again Cory!!

I upgraded the radio in my car. An older Lexus. It was a somewhat difficult installation to get the new Pioneer radio to work with all of the existing Lexus controls. The guys at Certified worked through it all and now I have a fully functioning Pioneer with Android auto and ALL of the original Lexus functions, even Nav, work perfectly. It is a very clean install with a perfectly matched piece to go over the radio matching to the existing dash.

Bought a clairion stereo had it installed at there shop . Payed over $1800.00 for this clairion stereo that will not let me change the sound from the front to the back of the truck . Even a old radio could do that but not my clairion stereo . 6 times I have had it back to get fixed (still not fixed) the last time I was there I told them how disappointed I was with them and there service . I was told that they would look into the problem and get back to me ( month latter still waiting) VERY BAD )
