Laura was born and raised in Newfoundland. She moved to Fort McMurray in 2005 like everyone in their 20s having big dreams. Since having 3 kids, loosing both her parents, and the end of her marriage, she realized life's too short and it's time to set a path. After working in bridal for 3.5 years the opportunity came up to open her own store and she ran with it. Facing multiple challenges including Covid-19 and the Fort McMurray flood, she didn't give up.
