Pretty terrible customer service. Booked our truck in on a Friday to get warranty work completed, dropped off at 0800 , I called at 1500 and it wasn’t even looked at .... response was they were busy.... well how if I booked an appointment did it not go in ??? So now again booked an appointment for the following Monday , dropped off at 0755, once again called around 1445, they didn’t have time to get it in again.
I am so displeased as how can you book an appointment yet they don’t have time?
Been taking our vehicle here for service ever since we got it, and they have been amazing! We deal with Jenna, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy! We couldn't ask for any better!!
I had an excellent deal with Moe. I think everyone who thinks to choose buying a Dodge Chrysler , should also choose to head directly to Moe to ease things for him with his smiling , welcoming face, turning the deal to an entertaintment place with his sense of humor and flexibility behavior. In my opinion, Moe means the showfront of Dodge Legacy. He's the one who made me enjoy buying my lovely Dodge and i'll return always to Moe when i think to renew my Dodge. the sales department is getting slightly better but service department is the worst I've ever been to. would rather tow my truck to edmonton than use them
