    Not a nice hotel....

    Not a nice hotel. Room was not clean. No hot water. Rude staff.

    Very Rude & Poor Phone Reservation Service

    Phoned to ask if any rooms were available on Jan. 17. Was very rudely told "No and there won't be anything till June" and hung up on! As a company rep that makes many reservations through out the year, I will not ever waste my time calling this place again! If persons answering the phone can't be better mannered they should not work with the public! Perhaps better and more training should be provided.
