It’s great for any stage of pregnancy from first trimester to full term and is geared to each individual. It takes you through intervals of strength and toning exercises with high-energy, easy-to-follow dance moves to strengthen cardio. It safely works the entire body and gives you the stamina and strength for labour. Classes get you moving with urban beats and world dance styles along with the latest chartbusters so you and your “bump” can groove your way to fitness.
The programs you’ll find at J’adore Dance range from kids’ lessons to postnatal classes for new mothers and classes to help parents bond with their children. Their philosophy is built on being inclusive of all ages and abilities, and it shows in their lessons. Adults can take ballet and “fit hop,” while camps offer children instruction and recitals to encourage a love of dance.
