They can not be trusted. They are very slow in responding to issues with homes bought from them. Some times they dont respond at all. They are not responsible. I wouldnt recommend this company to you. Those of us in Charlesworth Drive South West are retreating that we bought homes from them. Our hope now is on Waranty company.
