Very unhappy with okotoks UPS store and Robert who works there. I got a call from Robert saying a package of mine was in the store for pick up when I got there the package was not there because Robert hurt his hand while moving the package around in the store and then sent the package back without telling me so I wasted an hour driving into town to pick up a package that Robert sent back because he couldn’t handle lifting 5 pounds as he is a senior. Prob 80 yrs old. Robert need to be let go.
