Absolutely ridicu...
Absolutely ridiculous. After going in three times to getymphone uparaded and trying to pay out my contract, they told me their system was down many times. I tried to pay with my credit card for my new device and they assured me it didn't go through because the system was down. Days later o see that's credit card has been charged twice for the same amount from this location. When I went back they instructed me to call telus to get them to refund me. i ended up having to call and go into the store a number of times and it took a grand totally of 3 weeks to finally get my money back. So very disappointed. I will never deal with telus again.
