Independent Chimney Cleaning & Repair

Although Jason at Independent is friendly and well-intentioned, he is incredibly unreliable! He is very inconsistent when it comes to responding to emails and texts in a reasonable timeframe, changes plans last minute, and has completely no-showed now on TWO separate occasions with us, not even a call or text to explain why. Very frustrating when I have taken time away from my own contracts to wait for someone that wont show. I would never hire Jason and strongly recommend people look elsewhere.

Worst service ever! Booked an appointment with Jason Light almost a month ago. He didnt show up, so I called him and he told me he wasnt coming anymore today. He couldnt have called me before the appointment? I took the day off work. When I told him he should have called me he said to find someone else and then hung up!

I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from this company. I had booked a chimney inspection/clean, and the guy never showed up. Hesitantly I re-booked, and guess what, a no show again! No phone call either. In what world is this how a professional business operates? I didn't reschedule, and won't be using their services in the future.
