I will be doing business with another office. The staff are disorganized and confrontational. I had the displeasure of dealing with Christine who was condescending and impatient. granted I got annoyed when I had previously spent 2 hours on the phone with another agent and come in to have to explain my reason for visiting all over again. Customer service is lacking at this location
