Seriously, I will probably never be able to pick up the package. They open at 10:30am? and then close at 5:30pm? How can UPS have a pick up location that has unreasonable business hours for people who are at work?

If I can't give 0 stars I would. This location is used by UPS for parcel pickup. Unfortunately even though they are open until 6pm they do not allow you to pick up any UPS package after 530pm. I think UPS should know about this.

The owner is very rude and he lectures you on how younger people don't have time to pick something up in a store vs. Online. The pickup location hours of operation are horrible.

Horrible customer service and ups pickup location. Owner is super rude and bad attitude. Do not go here if you y Lou can avoid it.
