The vet was angry for no reason. It was a very uncomfortable experience for us and our dog.
He inserted the rectal thermometer WAY too deep into our 5lb chihuahua.
Will not be returning. Too bad, as I've been a loyal customer for many many years. Unfortunately, the trust has been eroded.
The other staff are nice and I am sorry they have to work for/with him.
Amazing care and service! Our cat was with them 6 days and we recieved a very fair bill. Was so confident leaving him with their knowlegable staff after a terrible expieriance in Agassiz. Will continue to bring all of our pets here in the future.

Standard poodle with misdiagnosed eye cancer. Thankfully we did not feel comfortable with the original diagnosis so we found another vet who detected the eye cancer right away! They may be less expensive but you get what you pay for!
