    BETTER OFF HAVING YOUR DOG DO THE FLOORS LOL, HORRIBLE!

    Was looking for a permanent cleaning service, 1-2 times per week. Did a 1 time trial with this company and was extremely disappointed and upset. Spent the entire time(3hrs)cleaning 1 part of the kitchen when she was suppose to do the kitchen,bathroom,living room, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Never mentioned she was running late or couldn't complete the job. After she left I inspected the one area she did manage to "clean", all floors where dirty & "washed" dishes were greasy & stained dishes

    DO NOT USE THEM! The absolute worst cleaning service I have ever seen and even worse customer service! I booked a move-out clean of my small condo in Vancouver. After paying for 2 cleaners for 2 hours to tidy up before my tenant moved in I was shocking when I arrived to find only my bathtub, sink and 2 kitchen cupboards were cleaned. All of the floors throughout the condo, the ledges, fridge, carpet, microwave were completely untouched. after 3 weeks of back and forth they I receive nothing!

    Stay Away!

    They bill you up front and do NOT deliver on their satisfaction guarantee. The people Cleanify sent were ill supplied, under skilled and completely apathetic regarding the quality of their service. Judging from the thoroughly underwhelming quality of work I doubt very much they were there for the length of time I was billed for. Walls were spot cleaned with dirty water, surfaces were left uncleaned and toilets were left unflushed. Ew. This is the lowest common denominator of cleaning services.
