Would like to thank the company for shrinking my clothing and introducing a new stain! Terrible management and extremely incompetent. No refund offered and yelled at me over the phone. Not only that but it was 2 weeks late and I can see why they couldnt figure out how to lie to me about their screw up.

I brought a silk dress to be cleaned. They returned it to me still stained but with a huge gaping hole in the back. Later, they returned it to me, the stain was gone, but they had sloppily stitched a piece of fabric over the tear and called it fixed. The manager told me it was my fault the stain was there and therefore they couldnt have damaged it themselves. She then said, if you want the store credit (I wouldnt be back so no), call me back. Then hung up on me. DISAPPOINTING customer service.

You can drop off your clothing and then do a little shopping at the mall. Finally--a great dry cleaner in Coquitlam Centre. You will not be disappointed!
