Purchased a Filter Queen Majestic vacuum and air purifier 03/2017. In error! Their return policy=10 DAYS. The vacuum is heavy, cumbersome, old fashioned & difficult for me to use. The filters for the vacuum and the air purifier are expensive. The mgmt have not been compassionate with my wanting to return the equipment due to my health/medication issues: I didn't understand what I had done until the 11th day after the purchase. Sales Rep was nice, but i'm 100% dissatisfied.
